At Ryman, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. We are seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our Clinical and Resident Services team on a 12 month, fixed term basis. • Leverage AI technologies to streamline workflows and ensure documentation accuracy for regulatory compliance and accreditation
  • Coordinating internal communication to our villages
  • Manage travel arrangements and associated logistics for operations as required
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team on a range of improvement projects; continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and systems

  • Social club events, furry Friday's (bring your dog to work), free yoga classes and a free onsite gym membership

Who are you?

  • You have proven coordination experience, with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Ideally you have experience in the health or related sector and/or an understanding of quality standards with experience analysing clinical documentation.
  • A proactive approach to staying current with emerging digital and AI tools in aged care, and a willingness to support their integration into team processes.
  • You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
  • You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
  • You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
  • As a resilient person you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road and you show composure under pressure
  • You value communication that is clear, effective, and lacks ambiguity

At Ryman, we support an environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. We embrace diversity and celebrate individual uniqueness, encouraging anyone wanting to work for Ryman to apply for our vacant positions.
