What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily office activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing communications through multiple channels, coordinating travel logistics for staff members, maintaining essential office supplies, and providing vital administrative assistance to both leadership and colleagues.   • Respond promptly and professionally to queries received via phone and email, ensuring enquiries are directed to the appropriate staff members for timely action.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for staff as required.
  • Manage the Chief Executive's diary by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee office inventory and supplies to maintain smooth day-to-day operations, proactively identifying needs before they arise.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Chief Executive as well as the wider team, contributing to an organised and efficient workplace.

What you bring:

A background in farming or a degree associated with the primary sector or sustainability field is essential for this position as it enables you to understand the unique needs of the industry.

To excel as an Office Administrator in this role, you will bring proven experience from previous positions where your organisational talents have been put into practice. Your background may include time spent in customer service or administrative roles where clear communication was essential. You understand how important it is to maintain accurate records while juggling competing priorities. Your warm approach helps create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels supported.
