About the Role

Join a friendly, community-focused General Practice where quality care and connection matter. You'll work alongside a close-knit team of seven GPs, two experienced nurses and three supportive admin staff. Hours are flexible - choose between 3 to 5 days a week, 8am to 5pm, to suit your lifestyle.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled Primary Care Nurse who enjoys variety, autonomy and being part of a genuinely collaborative practice.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Current registration with the NZ Nursing Council
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Primary Care in New Zealand
  • Certified Cervical Smear Taker
  • Authorised Vaccinator
  • Proficient in wound care
  • Diabetes Level 7 or equivalent diabetes training
  • Previous experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Department
  • Confident with ECGs and long-term condition management

Desirable:

  • Before School Checks experience
  • Nurse Prescriber qualification
  • Familiarity with Indici PMS
