About the Role
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain pricing models that balance competitiveness with margin goals. Implement guardrails and ensure consistency across quoting and sales processes.
- Procurement Leadership: Source materials efficiently, negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms, and manage stock levels to support production without tying up unnecessary capital.
- Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor input costs, freight, and supplier performance. Identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with estimating, production, and finance teams to align pricing and procurement decisions with business objectives.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, consignment agreements, and minimum charge structures.
