Parkwood Doors is a large family-owned business that's been around for 30 years. We specialise in hand-crafted doors that look stunning and are built to last. Our range includes aluminium powder-coated doors, Duramax composite doors and solid timber doors. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our small Dispatch team.

Our Dispatch team package and send doors out everyday - this is a high paced, physical job meeting multiple time deadlines to ensure our customers receive their products when they expect it.

Are you:

  • Experienced in leading a team in a high paced area?
  • Experienced using forklifts and loading trucks?
  • Good with reading, writing and spoken English?
  • Punctual and reliable?
  • Good with time management and meeting deadlines?
  • Physically fit and able to do manual lifting tasks?
  • Have a good eye for detail and enjoy being part of a successful team?

The job:

  • Work with the Dispatch team to ensure doors are dispatched to schedule
  • Ensure procedures and health & safety policies are adhered to
  • Provide leadership to the team including managing arising issues, training, development
  • We are looking for full time workers (40-50hrs per week), but we are open to discussing your situation
  • Work day normally starts at 4am
  • We will provide you with the training to be successful
