Team Leader for Real Estate Sales – Wellington & Auckland

We are expanding Williams Real Estate into Auckland and Wellington, and we want exceptional licensed salespeople who are ready to take the next step. This is a real opportunity to build your own team, increase your earning potential, and operate with the freedom most agents never get.

Work Setup

  • Arrangement: Onsite reporting required — must report to either our
    Auckland or Wellington office
    (not remote)
  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-based)

Key Responsibilities

  • List and sell existing property across Christchurch
  • Sell Williams Corporation completed houses and off-plan stock
  • Manage inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and sales closures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on team-provided leads and referrals
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and office reporting as required

Qualifications

  • Located in
    Wellington, or Auckland
    — or willing to relocate ASAP
  • Current Real Estate Authority (REA) licence
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Proactive, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Laptop + reliable transport (car preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working on commission-only basis
  • Able to report regularly to the office
