ABOUT THE JOB

  • Briefing artwork to L'Oréal's design agency for point of sale, catalogues, online assets, and other marketing content
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Conducting basic market research and data collection
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Preparing mail-outs
  • Managing internal product orders
  • Manage product sampling activity
  • Assisting with media, online content, product launches, and activation projects
  • Assist in the execution of category plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Support on ensuring stock forecasting is aligned to activation timelines and market performance

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Marketing Degree or similar at Bachelor's Level
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment to foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to work under pressure – including ability to prioritize a varied workload
  • Takes pride in producing work of a high standard & has a high level of attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • You will be a critical thinker and feel comfortable analysing data
