**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Financial Analyst** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing financial strategies, managing risks, and supporting the company’s growth and success. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
w Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including profitability analysis, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis, to support Blue Ocean Capital’s projects and strategic objectives.

w Develop customized financial reports to monitor the company’s performance and key financial metrics.

w Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights that drive the company’s financial resilience and compliance.

w Identify and evaluate financial risks related to Blue Ocean Capital’s operational activities and strategic goals.

w Conduct risk assessments and develop financial risk management strategies to mitigate potential exposures.

w Ensure compliance with relevant financial and statutory regulations, including tax compliance and financial reporting standards.

w Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes to align with the company’s strategic planning.

w Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate the financial impact of potential risks and opportunities.

w Support strategic planning processes by providing financial projections and identifying areas for financial improvement.

w Assess internal control structures and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk management and financial oversight.

w Communicate findings and financial insights effectively to the management team, enabling informed decision-making.

w Collaborate closely with internal teams to align financial strategies with operationalgoals.

w Prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries to keep stakeholders informed on financial performance and risk exposures.
