With a strong heritage of innovation and quality, we are looking for a capable and driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee all supply chain functions — from procurement and production planning through to inventory management, logistics, and distribution. You will play a key role in ensuring the entire product life cycle, from procurement through to finish goods are delivered to our customer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the supply chain and logistics teams.
  • Oversee demand planning, procurement, and production scheduling.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate key contracts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Optimise inventory and warehouse systems to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, sales, and export teams, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Use data and analytics to forecast, plan, and report on supply chain KPIs.
  • High focus on DIFOT management

About You

You are a practical, hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment. You understand how to balance planning with execution and can navigate the challenges of a multi-brand, multi-market and multi-functional business.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and production planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • ERP/MRP experience (e.g. Pronto, SAP, or similar).
  • A continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial acumen.
