Why This Role Exists
Flowingly is in a rapid growth phase. Our platform is used by hundreds of organisations across New Zealand and Australia - from local councils to global enterprises - to automate workflows and simplify the way work gets done.
Our customer base has grown significantly over the past 18 months, with Australia now overtaking New Zealand as our fastest-growing market. Demand for our product is being driven by a strong go-to-market approach, high customer satisfaction, and a renewed focus on operational efficiency across the public and private sectors.
To support this growth, we're expanding our outbound sales capability and opening a new office in New Plymouth. This hub will bring together ambitious, growth-minded people who want to kickstart a career in tech sales while helping Flowingly capture new market opportunities across Australasia and globally.
While our expansion is commercially driven, it also reflects a belief that world-class technology careers shouldn't be limited to big city centres - they can be built right here in Taranaki.

What You'll Do
You'll be on the front line - researching, calling, and messaging potential customers to start conversations that lead to new business.
In your first 12 months, you'll:
Prospect into mid-market and public sector organisations.
Run structured outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Book meetings for Account Executives using world-class outbound frameworks (30MPC, PClub, and Flowingly's own playbook).
Learn how to lead with insight, not product - telling compelling, problem-centric stories.
Attend events across New Zealand and Australia.
Build a foundation for a long-term career in tech sales.

What Success Looks Like
After 1 month, you'll know how to run a clean outbound process - from opener to problem proposition.
After 3 months, you'll be confidently booking meetings with senior leaders.
After 12 months, you'll be operating like a top 10% SDR - and mapping your next step within Flowingly.
