About the role – Kōrero mō te tūranga
This Advisor Corporate Relations role is an opportunity to help grow and strengthen New Zealand Red Cross's business partnerships. Reporting to the Manager Partnerships and Community, you'll play a key role in supporting and managing relationships with corporate and social enterprise partners.
In this role you'll:
Build and support strong relationships with corporate and community partnersCreate compelling content and marketing campaigns that inspire actionDeliver engagement activities that raise awareness and drive participationMonitor results and share insights to grow the impact of our partnershipsThis role is perfect for someone who loves building connections, telling stories that resonate, and making things happen.
Who are we looking for? – Mā wai te mahi nei?
You'll bring 3–5 years' experience in marketing, account management, business development or fundraising, ideally backed by a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong writing skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging content across different channels. Experience managing corporate relationships will set you up for success.
You'll also bring:
Strong writing and storytelling skillsExperience managing corporate relationshipsConfidence with digital and social media tools (bonus if you've got photo/video skills)A proactive, detail-driven approach, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environmentTo succeed in this role, you'll be proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable under pressure. Most importantly, you care about making a difference. You'll bring energy, creativity and a genuine commitment to the values of New Zealand Red Cross.
