About the role:

We're looking for a Senior AI & ML Engineer within our Data, Analytics & AI team. We are focused on driving business value by unlocking the potential of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to deliver data products and solutions that support Les Mills' mission of creating a fitter planet.

Skills and experience you'll need:

You have a proven ability to design and implement machine learning and AI solutions that personalise and optimise every stage of the customer lifecycle. Your technical strengths in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms are matched by your experience applying advanced analytics to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. You thrive in cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights to create seamless, impactful customer journeys.

You will ideally need experience in the following:

 - Demonstrated experience building and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, retention, and personalisation.

 - Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to optimise marketing strategies and customer journeys.

 - Proficient with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms, with a focus on integrating models into customer-facing systems.

 - Experienced in collaborating with marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.

 - Demonstrated ability to assess complex business needs, lead the evaluation of build, buy, or partner options for AI/ML solutions, and drive the successful implementation of the optimal approach for the organisation.

 - Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies across the customer lifecycle.
