About the Role:

We are seeking proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Overnight Operations & Flow Managers to lead and support our after-hours and 24/7 clinics. This is a network-wide leadership role, providing operational oversight, staff coordination, and real-time problem-solving overnight.

You will be the first point of contact for operational issues, ensuring our clinics deliver consistent, high-quality service. The role involves travel between sites as required during shifts and close collaboration with our overnight clinics and telehealth teams to support patient flow.

This is a highly visible position where you will make a meaningful impact on patient experience, staff wellbeing, and overnight service performance. 

We are recruiting for two permanent, full-time positions working night shifts from 8.00pm to 4.30am on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation. However, we are also open to discussing alternative shift patterns with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership for overnight services, including Henderson White Cross, Ascot White Cross, Bettr Telehealth, and potential other sites in the future.

• Act as the go-to operational contact in the absence of a cluster or practice manager overnight.

• Actively monitor patient queues across clinics and coordinate staff to manage flow efficiently.

• Direct telehealth doctors to prioritise patients and support in-person clinics when needed.

• Redeploy staffing between clinics during surges (in person, or via telehealth).

• Support and guide overnight receptionists to optimise workflow 

• Foster teamwork and collaboration across clinics, promoting a network-wide approach to after-hours care.

• Report overnight operational issues and performance insights to the Head of Operations.

What will You Bring?

• Strong operational leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and influence overnight teams.

• Logical, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to travel between clinics as and when required.

• Previous experience in healthcare operations, service delivery or practice/ clinic management is preferred but not essential.
