About the Role:

Reporting to the Strategic Partner Lead, you'll play a key role in strengthening our channel partnerships. As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you'll build meaningful relationships, understand partner needs, and design innovative solutions that create shared success. This is a collaborative role blending customer engagement, creative solution design, and commercial insight—your contribution will make a real difference for both our partners and DC Co.

Day to day you will be involved in
:

  • Build Relationships:
    Be a trusted advisor for assigned channel partners, ensuring every interaction is positive and valuable.
  • Identify Opportunities:
    Proactively explore ways to add value and enhance partnerships, using your insights to support growth.
  • Design Solutions:
    Develop tailored data centre solutions that address real customer challenges.
  • Stay Organized:
    Bring strong attention to detail and a structured approach to deliver outcomes effectively.
  • Support Growth:
    Contribute to sales and revenue expansion through our reseller channel, managing a healthy customer pipeline.
  • Collaborate & Deliver:
    Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
  • Enable Partners:

Share knowledge and provide training to help partners succeed.

What experience you'll bring?
 
Customer Focus:

Exceptional communication skills to connect with our reseller channel and inspire confidence with a customer-first mindset.
Consulting Experience:
Proven success in solution consulting, ideally with channel partners.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to solve problems and design compelling business solutions.
Commercial Understanding:
Experience in negotiation, contract management, and financial analysis.
Adaptability & Teamwork:
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity & Professionalism:
Committed to building lasting partnerships and maintaining high standards.

  • 5+ years in sales, account management, or solution consulting
  • Experience with channel partners or indirect sales models is a big plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite and other IT systems
