Role Overview

We are hiring a Part-Time IT Sales Specialist (Contract) who is passionate about technology, sales, and building long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client meetings, and closing deals across a wide range of IT services. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy client-facing work, and want to grow their career with a high-growth tech company.

Since this position involves travel to client sites and in-person meetings, a New Zealand Full Driver's Licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and engage potential clients across NZ businesses.


• Generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research.


• Present and sell Ajuba Tech's IT solutions, digital services, and automation offerings.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding customer needs and project requirements.


• Work closely with technical teams to scope solutions and ensure successful project delivery.


• Prepare proposals, quotes, and service presentations.


• Manage client accounts and support the onboarding of new customers.


• Attend in-person meetings, events, and on-site visits as required.


• Consistently meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Skills


• Strong proficiency in IT Sales with general knowledge of Information Technology, cloud systems, or digital services.


• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.


• Ability to develop strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts.


• Experience selling IT solutions, software, or technical services is a plus.


• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.


• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and client requirements.


• NZ Full Driver Licence is mandatory (travel required).


• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related field is advantageous but not required.
