About the role:
We are looking for a Legal Personal Assistant to join our dispute resolution team.
Whilst dispute resolution knowledge is advantageous, we're more interested in your ability to transfer your existing administrative and secretarial skills into the legal industry. You will pride yourself on delivering an excellent client experience by carrying out your role in a professional, friendly, timely and accurate manner.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
· Prepare precedent forms such as employment agreements
· Complete Court and Tribunal documents
· Transcribe digital dictations
· Document management with accurate organisation
· Assist with billing efficiently and accurately
· Utilise a practice management system
· Establish good working relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
Skills and experience required:
· Previous experience working in a secretarial or administrative role
· Legal experience advantageous
· A genuine interest in supporting people
· Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite
· High level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
