About the role

Reporting to the Head of Projects, this full-time Project Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Cello Group Ltd, located in the heart of Auckland CBD. As a seasoned Project Manager, you will play a crucial part in delivering key strategic projects that drive Cello's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and business transformation projects
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate contingency measures
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project participants
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT or business transformation space
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong project management skills, including expertise in project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Proficiency in agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline is a bonus
  • Note - the successful candidate must have a full New Zealand driver's licence with access to their own vehicle
