About the Role
The Technical Architecture and Development Manager is responsible for delivering high-value, end-to-end solutions by providing deep technical expertise and strong leadership across a cross-functional team. This role oversees the technical design, development, and maintenance of the FPIM Oracle solutions, ensuring secure, high-performance systems that support critical business applications and processes.
This role ensures the delivery of high-performance, and secure systems, while also providing technical leadership, mentoring team members. Also assists in providing technical expertise in the end-to-end nationwide Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain functions of the FPIM solution to support Oracle e-Business Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud development; specifically analysing, designing, developing, testing, administering, deploying, supporting and maintaining the EBS FPIM solution at the technical level.
Additionally, the position drives strategic platform enhancements and leads the evolution of the ServiceNow platform, aligning with Government-to-Government (G2G) initiatives and the broader platform maturity strategy.
About you
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, Oracle Certification
- 7+ seven years of experience in digital infrastructure and Oracle EBS development
- Experience in system architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with FPIM financial integration systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated hands on experience with Oracle User Management.
- Comfortable working across multiple domains, from integration and data to digital enablement. Strong systems and software design capabilities.
- Experience working with project teams and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver enhancements
- Good understanding and experience of Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Integration Cloud architecture and knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Oracle Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain functionality
- Good understanding of database design principles
- Solid testing and validation skills and experience
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement skills
- ITIL certification and health sector experience are desirable but not essential.
