We're looking for 2 x self-starter Marketing Coordinators to start asap and join our passionate and talented Marketing team to bring our brands, campaigns, projects and category/promotional activities to life for some of NZ's iconic retail brands
The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be part of the bustle & heart of our marketing engine - executing campaigns that support category plans, brand strategy, and business goals. Whether it's a Major Trading Event like Black Friday, or peak trading Back to School period for Warehouse Stationery, through to brand and partnership activations, or fast-turnaround trading campaign, you'll help ensure every initiative is delivered with impact, accuracy, on time and on-brand.
This is a dynamic and collaborative role - work closely with internal stakeholders in merchandising, creative, media, insights, operations, and omni-channel experience, as well as external partners and agencies.
Working closely with our experienced senior marketers, you'll be:
- Delivering marketing activity across categories in line with the trading calendar
- Supporting the execution of key marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships
- Helping coordinate marketing activities for major trading events with a customer-first lens
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align on brand and customer outcomes
- Supporting annual category marketing plans and in-season campaign needs
- Responding to reactive trading needs and priorities as required
About you
We are looking for real self-starters with some marketing experience under your belt, ready for next step up We can promise the fun and fast pace of retail (and B2B activities); the work will be interesting and varied – are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in? Keen to grow, dependable and customer centric mindset describe you down to a t.
On our wishlist:
- 2+ years' experience in a broad/multi-channel marketing, campaign coordination – retail, FMCG background preferred
- Understanding of retail/trading and working in a results-oriented environment
- A strong eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects/campaigns
- Confident working cross-functionally across internal & external stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for retail, brand, and marketing
