With new ownership and exciting growth ahead, we're now looking for an Apprentice Heat Pump Service Technician.


The Opportunity

This is a hands-on apprenticeship role, ideal for school leavers or those starting their trade career. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and learn on the job.

No experience required — just the right attitude.


What You'll Be Learning

With training and support, you'll learn how to:

  • Assist with servicing and repairing heat pumps and HVAC systems
  • Help diagnose faults and understand how systems work
  • Carry out routine maintenance and system checks
  • Work safely on-site in homes and light commercial buildings
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Complete job paperwork and service records
  • Take pride in your workmanship, presentation, and growth
  • Work as part of a supportive team across the Auckland region

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience — we can teach skills.

What matters is:

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • An interest in hands-on, practical work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • NZ Residency, Citizenship, or a valid Work Visa
  • A restricted or full NZ driver's licence (or working towards it)
