Digital Marketing

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join the Juliette Hogan team on a 12-month parental leave contract. Working closely with our Head of Marketing & Digital and the wider Retail, Online and Creative teams, you'll bring cohesion to how our stories are communicated across all digital channels – with a primary focus on email marketing, CRM and paid social campaign execution.
This is a hands-on role that blends creative execution with analytical insight. You'll review performance across email, social and campaign activity, using data to guide thoughtful optimisation and continuous improvement. Alongside this, you'll bring a natural passion for content – contributing ideas, collaborating with others, and helping to shape how our brand stories come to life within an established, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Join us in shaping how our brand connects with our audience across digital channels – leading email, CRM and paid social performance, while using data-driven insight to guide creative storytelling.
- Email & CRM Management – Plan, design and deliver high-impact campaign emails and automated flows in Klaviyo. Track performance and refine for engagement and conversion.
- Digital Performance & Paid Social – Work with our Digital Marketing Agency to execute and optimise paid campaigns. Review performance data to inform timing, messaging and creative direction.
- Content & Channel Execution – Collaboratively create, brief and publish elevated content across our digital channels. Bring an intuitive understanding of how to adapt content for each platform, ensuring consistency in tone and aesthetic.
- Community & Loyalty – Support our loyalty programme and ensure seamless communication across customer touchpoints. Bring warmth and clarity to our digital community interactions.
About You
You are:
- Comfortable interpreting performance data to guide content and email refinement.
- Confident producing digital and social content end-to-end.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity for what's happening across digital marketing and social spaces.
- A clear and thoughtful communicator.
- Interested in fashion, refined storytelling and visual cohesion.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
You'll likely have:
- 3+ years experience in marketing, digital brand or content roles.
- Experience using Klaviyo or a comparable email/CRM platform.
- Proficiency in short-form content creation and editing (Adobe Suite).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content formats.
- A collaborative working style and sound creative judgement.
We Offer
- As part of the Juliette Hogan team, you'll enjoy:
- A welcoming studio and workroom environment in Avondale
- A 9-day fortnight
- Access to EAP services
- A supportive, collaborative team culture where ideas are shared and valued
We value initiative, curiosity and a thoughtful, grounded approach. If this role sounds right for you, please reach out to with an up to date CV and cover letter.
We look forward to hearing from you
