What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage a residential rental portfolio across Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Tauranga
  • Be the go to person for your landlords and tenants, building long term trust and rapport.
  • Handle day to day property tasks including routine inspections, maintenance, rent collection, and dispute resolution
  • Advertise and let vacant properties, including viewings and tenant screening
  • Keep accurate records and ensure full compliance with tenancy laws
  • Actively grow your own portfolio by developing landlord relationships and providing standout service
What We're Looking For:
  • Emotional maturity is a must– you can stay calm under pressure, handle tough conversations with empathy, and balance the needs of both landlords and tenants
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Two years experience in property management including conducting inspections and successfully tenanting properties
  • A valid driver's license and the right to work in New Zealand
  • Property management certification (or willingness to obtain) is a must
