About Us

We own and manage a growing portfolio of commercial buildings and retail shops across Auckland.

We're now looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day property operations, coordinate maintenance work, and provide support for future property improvement or development projects.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee day-to-day management of commercial and retail properties
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contractors
  • Monitor property performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Support planning, budgeting, and delivery of new residential and commercial developments
  • Ensure compliance with property, building, and safety regulations
  • Liaise with tenants, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with on-site management during construction or refurbishment phases

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Property, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in property management, construction project management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and NZ property regulations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an advantage
