Specialising in metal fascia/gutter and roofing on new residential housing, this division is the bustling heart of Stoddart Group and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we're an efficient and valuable part of their build.

Stoddart Group have multiple opportunities available for motivated and skilled Roofers, Fascia/Gutter Installers and Site Supervisors to come on board for our Roofing Division. The ideal candidates are proactive, safety conscious and able to follow direction. These roles will support and service our busy hubs in South-East Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia & Victoria. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in establishing works and servicing the region under the guidance of our Branch and Regional Managers. As a strong Roofer or Fascia/Gutter Installer, you must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a high-pressure environment.

All roles are available on a full-time basis and offer a competitive salary.

ROOFERS OR FASCIA/GUTTER INSTALLERS

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

• Installation of roofing products on site in accordance with quality and compliance standards
• Identify and rectify installation issues as reported and in a timely manner
• Appropriate management of site documentation
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on project-related matters
• Comply with Stoddart Group Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and Practices

SITE SUPERVISORS

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

• Management and supervision of installers and subcontractors on site
• Site measures
• Conducting Pre and Post inspections on work
• Overseeing and reviewing quality of work
• Providing technical advice and support
• Solving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead by example on safety matters
• Managing System Apps

Ideal candidate attributes:

• Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing or;
• Experience in metal roofing, fascia & gutter highly desirable
• Full Australian Working Rights – unfortunately, no sponsorship available
• High level attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card) can be obtained in Australia
• Valid & current drivers licence
• Must be willing to undergo Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencement
