- Minimum 5 years roofing and /or waterproofing background
- Experience measuring and quoting on small jobs
- Computer savvy - Ability to use trade-based phone app
- Strong Health & Safety focus

- Able to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
- Honest and reliable in attendance - requires early morning starts.
- Site Safe, First Aid, EWP and Working at Heights training will be highly regarded.

THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
Due to growth we are looking for a skilled Roofer/Waterproofer to join our busy Building Maintenance Team. With a passion for roofing maintenance, you will be a strong all-round roofing skills.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager - Maintenance, your duties will include:

- Working on small roofing projects doing repairs and maintenance of long run as well as working with liquids, and membranes;
- Quoting on minor project works advantageous;
- Coordinating staff & subcontractors where necessary;
- Attending to after-hours calls and emergencies where required;
