About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both guiding others and staying close to the code. You'll lead a distributed team across Vietnam, the Philippines, the UK and India, ensuring high-quality delivery on a Magento 2 platform while working closely with DevOps, QA, and Product.

Your focus will be on quality, scalability, developer engagement, and continuous improvement, including reducing QA rejections and improving code standards. While eCommerce is currently a key component (around 30%), the platform is evolving toward a modular architecture and new content systems. You'll play a major role in shaping that journey.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading full-stack web teams
  • Hands-on ability with PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript (React, KnockoutJS)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience leading or collaborating with offshore teams
  • Agile delivery experience across distributed teams
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Magento 2 expertise
  • Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
