The Role

This role is suitable for someone who expresses an interest in Customer Service and are looking at learning to process customer orders and documentation and communicating with customers in this side of the 3PL business.

You will be ensuring our Customer Service standards are met across all services provided. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our fun and hard-working customer services team.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with ordinary hours of 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday and is based in East Tamaki.

  • Accurate data entry
  • Processing customer orders and documentation

The Criteria

To be successful, you will be organised, self-confident, friendly, and driven to provide great Customer Service. You have accurate data entry skills and can prioritise when working within timelines.

Being a Customer Services role, you will be required to have a strong command of English both written and verbal. Previous experience in Warehouse & Logistics industry is not required but would be advantageous.
