**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing your local community, alongside the team to:

- ** Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation as well as shelf stacking and assistance branch with phones and general other duties
- ** Maintain a seamless store experience **by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards, nd displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.

- ** Basic tech skills. **Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills along with construction product knowledge would be useful but isn't essential
- ** Accuracy and efficiency. **Your initiative will shine, you will be able to follow process and display accuracy and integrity in your day-to-day work.
