National Delivery Supervisor – New Zealand

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee national project delivery across a specialist portfolio of ground engineering and infrastructure works. This role is responsible for lifting delivery performance, supporting field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard across multiple regions.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will support crews with structure, planning, and guidance, while maintaining strong delivery discipline, high HSEQ standards, and a consistent approach to documentation and site execution. This is a hands-on national role suited to someone who leads from the front, sets clear expectations, and supports teams to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide delivery teams across multiple regions to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes
  • Oversee scheduling, utilisation, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets
  • Monitor site standards, QA, documentation, and HSEQ compliance nationally
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and expectations to delivery crews and supervisors
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination and specialist works as required
  • Conduct audits, toolbox meetings, and delivery reviews to drive improvement
  • Maintain alignment with delivery targets, utilisation metrics, and reporting requirements

About You

  • Proven experience leading construction or infrastructure delivery teams across multiple sites or regions
  • Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) – Site 2 or above (mandatory)
  • Strong delivery knowledge — scheduling, QA, documentation, HSEQ, and field execution
  • Calm under pressure with strong communication skills and a structured approach
  • Able to set standards, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement
