Restaurant Brands is looking for a highly experienced Director of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program across all regions. This role will oversee strategy, operations, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the protection of our global technology ecosystem, restaurant environments, and corporate platforms. To support our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations across all markets and divisions (New Zealand, Australia, Hawaii and California). Our brands are Carl's Jr, Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell.

In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside global Information Technology Leaders, regional leadership, and executive stakeholders to deliver world-class resilience, compliance, and trust.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy.
  • Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison to regional IT directors and business leaders worldwide
  • Oversee security operations, implement risk management frameworks and maintain risk reporting
  • Take the lead in global coordination and rapid containment for major incidents
  • Own Global compliance, establish and enforce global security standards
  • Support the secure rollout of new platforms and take the lead in documenting global security architecture – building the roadmap in alignment with business strategy.

What You Bring

You will be experienced in leading security operations, projects and management with at least 12 years' expertise gained in cybersecurity, a minimum of 5 years leading global or enterprise security programmes.

Your background will show you to have proven leadership in incident response, risk management, SOC operations and compliance and possess strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, and other international regulations. Furthermore, certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CRISC are strongly preferred.
