Are you a highly organized and detail-focused professional with a background in asset management or logistics? We are seeking an Asset Coordinator to play a central role in managing the entire lifecycle of our high-value industrial equipment.In this dynamic position, you will manage the cylinder asset database, reconciling stock, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Fixed Asset & Ledger Management: Accurately manage the fixed asset ledger and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
Inventory Planning & Control: Organise and execute inventory management, investment, and disposal plans for all new and used equipment, including compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
Optimal Stock Level Strategy: Grasp investment information and maintain and manage the optimum inventory amount, balancing new purchases with the turnover of used goods.
Compliance & Equipment Soundness: Manage the monthly and long-term planning (demand and Supply) for retest centers.
Documentation & Reporting: Collect information and report on asset utilization to enable effective use of assets. You will also be responsible for collecting, storing, and sharing all official documents and maintenance information necessary for
Experience & Expertise: Possess a minimum of three years of experience in asset management or related.
Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships both with customers and internal teams.
Organizational Prowess: Exhibit strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Autonomy & Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively as a key member of a team.
Knowledge of BI tools: Proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Power BI.
Compliance: Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
