Who You Are

You've managed a retirement village before and understand what great leadership looks like in aged care.

You know the rhythm of village life — where compassion meets compliance, and where communication matters more than hierarchy.

You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in retirement village management
  • Relationship-centred approach — genuine warmth, professionalism, and trust
  • Confidence leading through change, refurbishments, and redevelopment
  • Financial and operational oversight experience
  • Strength, empathy, and integrity in equal measure
