About the Role.

As Trade Supervisor, you'll manage and coordinate daily across our high-performing Bromley site. You'll lead multiple teams, optimise workflows, and ensure every customer interaction is timely, accurate, and professional.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and oversee our retail, yard, and dispatch departments.
• Lead and coach our yard, stores, and dispatch staff to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage replenishment processes.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
• Work close with sales and procurement to align with seasonal and customer demand.
• Monitor KPIs including order fulfilment, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• Experience or knowledge of the building industry is desirable.
• Previous skills with trade yards, inwards goods, and inventory.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident using digital tools and internal systems.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, and manage workloads under pressure.
• High standards for customer service, team performance, and safety.
