About The role:

We are looking for Vehicle Service Agent to support our Dunedin Airportbranch with providing outstanding customer service to our customers, so they can have great, hassle free and enjoyable travels across our beautiful country. This role accountable for the cleaning, servicing and non-mechanical maintenance of our fleet, playing an important part in the identification of and reporting of vehicle damage and maintenance requirements.

This is a full-time and permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per weekworking Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

This role is responsible for:​

  • Cleaning, grooming our fleet of vehicles and ensuring they are prepared for hire and sale​
  • Undertaking vehicle checks on presentation, cleanliness, body condition and basic standard mechanical checks​
  • Organsing our yard and off-site storage standards​
  • Undertaking damage assessment and report findings to Manager​
  • Assisting with obtaining vehicle registrations and warrant of fitness​
  • Assisting with the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from airport, wash bay, overflow parking and to off-site suppliers or potential buyers

Key skills we are looking for:

  • You will need a full and clean Driver's licence or have the ability to lawfully drive in New Zealand.
  • Experience working within car rental industry is preferable not essential.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
