We're a friendly, hardworking group passionate about helping our customers find the right products. We're looking for an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service professional who can hit the ground running to help drive sales and keep our operations moving smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same You will:

  • Provide accurate product and pricing information
  • Prepare quotes and enter sales orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries
  • Process returns and credits
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks
  • Prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and keeping customers happy.


What We're Looking For

To thrive here, you will have:

  • 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing and/or distribution (packaging industry experience would be a bonus)
  • Proven end-to-end customer service or sales support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and systems skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple tasks
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for customer care
  • A strong track record of reliability and delivering great service
  • A passion for sales and growth
