Are you passionate about travel, building relationships, and supporting business growth? We're looking for a dynamic Global Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and help drive our global sales success

What You'll Do:

  • Be the vital link between our global sales team and Australia/New Zealand operations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Support account managers and key trade partners to strengthen relationships and deliver business success.
  • Communicate with global trade partners and tourism industry leaders to keep our brand top of mind.
  • Organize and manage trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns across ANZ.
  • Coordinate team meetings, travel plans, and keep everyone on track.
  • Assist with budgets, invoices, and ensure smooth processes for our sales team.
  • Promote our business through industry partnerships and B2B channels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Tourism/Management or equivalent).
  • 2+ years' experience in the travel industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Copilot, and more.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work across time zones.
