Join the Red Bull Media Network team and shape how the world sees Red Bull As the Programming Specialist, with the guidance of the Media Network Manager, you'll drive the strategy and activation of our owned platforms (Red Bull TV, ) and social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to captivate and engage audiences. Job DescriptionDEVELOP LOCAL DIGITAL PROGRAM FOR RED BULL NZ
- Collaborate with the Media Network Manager to create digital strategies aligned with Red Bull's global and local priorities.
- Develop and activate platform-specific content plans to maximize reach and engagement.
- Set clear targets, track performance, and optimize digital marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Manage the digital budget to maximize ROI and deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Regularly collaborate with international teams to align on goals and timelines.
OVERSEE, EXECUTE, AND ANALYSE DIGITAL MARKETING IN NEW ZEALAND
- Lead Red Bull's digital channels to engage target audiences and drive traffic to owned platforms & Red Bull TV).
- Activate local digital projects, including event pages, campaigns, product launches, and editorial content.
- Oversee local SEO, connected TV presence, and content production for social and digital platforms.
- Manage publishing calendars and ensure high-quality, localized content.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on strategy and share resources.
- Report on project performance and results to key stakeholders.
IDENTIFY, ANALYSE, AND ALIGN DIGITAL TRENDS & TECHNOLOGIES
- Stay ahead of digital trends and apply them to Red Bull NZ's strategy.
- Align with global and local teams to integrate innovative approaches and emerging platforms.
- Drive internal understanding of digital media and lead social innovation in the local market.
BENCHMARK BEST PRACTISE EXAMPLES IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE WORLD OF RED BULL
- Develop and implement innovative digital ideas and activations that engage consumers with the product / brand on different digital platforms
- 3–4 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Digital Media, Social Media, or Interactive Marketing, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in web, social, and digital media with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital production across mediums, including event and live content creation.
- Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and strategies to engage audiences.
- Strong grasp of paid, earned, and owned media, with knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends.
- Proficient in brand marketing and executing digital campaigns across various media channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience with CMS, web traffic analysis, audience targeting, and reporting.
- Proven organizational, project management, and budgeting skills.
- Sharp awareness of digital trends and strategies for driving online Word of Mouth.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media and/or equivalent experience
