What You'll Do

  • Uncover Insights: Monitor and analyse business performance, identifying key drivers and opportunities.
  • Turn Data into Action: Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Shape the Future: Support budget development, forecasting, and strategic planning for key brands.
  • Inform Decisions: Deliver reporting and insights that guide Executive and Board-level strategy.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner closely with leadership teams across AU and NZ to drive growth and performance.
  • Work Smarter: Streamline reporting and explore automation to unlock faster, more powerful business insights.

What You'll Bring

  • Analytical Strength: Strong financial modelling and analytical skills to turn numbers into meaningful stories.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Technical Expertise: High-level proficiency in Excel and SAP (or similar financial systems).
  • Clear Communicator: Excellent ability to explain complex data in simple, impactful ways to all audiences.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Team-oriented mindset with curiosity to understand what drives business performance.
  • Retail Know-How: Experience in retail or multichannel environments (highly regarded).
  • Solid Foundations: Relevant tertiary qualifications; postgraduate study or CPA/CA credentials a plus.
