A bit about your role

As the Senior Strategy Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in the CEO Office, working closely with the General Manager and Strategy Manager to deliver actionable insights that guide the company's future. You'll report directly to the GM CEO Office and collaborate with management across Operations, Finance, S&OP, and Sales, supporting business planning cycles, capital investment decisions, and strategic projects.

Your work will span market research, performance assessment, and the development of strategic frameworks. You'll prepare dashboards and reports for senior leadership, facilitate project management processes, and help shape presentations for board meetings and external stakeholders—all while championing innovation and best practices across the business.

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles. You thrive on interpreting complex data, building financial models, and communicating insights in a clear, engaging way. With several years' experience collaborating across teams, you're comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion. Your ability to build relationships and influence outcomes sets you apart, and you're always looking for new opportunities to add value.

Westland Milk Products is a well-known New Zealand end-to-end dairy manufacturer based in the beautiful South Island, with offices and production facilities in Christchurch and Hokitika. Owned by the global Top 5 dairy company Yili Group, Westland Milk Products and its related companies—Oceania Dairy (Glenavy), Pure Nutrition (Rolleston), Canary Foods (Hamilton), and EasiYo (Auckland)—form the Yili Oceania group.
