We're looking for a Room Attendant to join our team — someone who cares about the little details and enjoys creating a fresh, welcoming environment for our guests.

This role is more than just cleaning; it's about being part of the guest experience. Our Room Attendants are the quiet heroes behind every comfortable stay. You'll make sure our guest rooms and apartments are spotless and inviting, bathrooms shine, beds are perfectly made, and kitchenettes are tidy and well stocked. You'll notice the small things that others might miss, and you'll take pride in creating spaces that feel like a home away from home.

A typical day could include:

  • Servicing guest rooms and apartments to the highest standard.
  • Making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms.
  • Tidying and restocking kitchenettes with care and attention.
  • Keeping your housekeeping trolley organised and well supplied.
  • Recording lost and found items, and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Working closely with the team while also managing tasks independently.

We're after someone with energy, reliability, and a positive approach. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential if you have the right attitude and an eye for detail. You'll need to be fit and comfortable with the physical side of the job — lifting, bending, moving around the resort — and flexible with shifts.
