- Skills & experience- Assist the Conference Supervisor to improve operational standards.
- Able to handle for operations for meeting/venue space which could cater up to 350 delegates at one time.
- Develop initiatives to assist in continuously raising the team’s expertise in the Conference & Events, utilising all your talents to train & mentor team members
- Make a real impact in building relationships with conference clients.
- Hands on decision making and problem solving skills.
- At least 1 year(s) experience in Conference & Events in a similar sized hotel preferred.
- Outstanding service & leadership skills
- A passion to meet and exceed customer’s expectation is highly desirable.
- Drive to up sell Conference facilities & services.
- The desire to be the best in the game
- Flexibility to work shifts across the 7-day week including early mornings and late evenings.
