About the Role:

Your mission is to deliver high volume and high quality coffee with outstanding customer service by putting the customer first and ensuring they have the best experience while visiting Fergbaker. You will be able to build relationships with our loyal customers by remembering coffee orders and providing our visitors with an experience they will remember.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and delivering outstanding customer service experiences with every interaction
  • Produce high quality coffee at high volume rates between per day
  • Satisfying customer requests in a timely manner
  • Providing a welcoming and fun atmosphere
  • Adhering to the Food Control Plan
  • Adhering to Health and Safety polices and standards

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate speed and produce high volume
  • Must be available to work on a full time roster, minimum 30 hours per week
  • Vibrant & friendly personality with a can do attitude
