Cookie Time Cookie Bar Queenstown is now looking for a passionate, experienced Sales, Hospitality & Barista Superstar Start date: ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our crew. You will support our Store Manager & team in the day-to-day running of one of Queenstown's busiest retail environments. Barista experience is required as you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee alongside our signature cookies and shakes.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for Retail, Hospitality, and Barista experts who are ready to be BUSY

  • Someone to take on responsibility, including opening and closing procedures
  • Customer service and operational excellence
  • Weekend & evening work will be required
  • We are after someone who can stay a minimum of 3 months (longer is ideal) & to be available over Christmas & New Year.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Barista experience is required – ability to create high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality, Sales, and Brand expertise
  • You are known for operational excellence

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Making and serving coffee to a high standard
  • Serving, baking & making shakes
  • Stock management
  • Creating a fun, energetic, customer-focused environment
  • Supporting our Store Manager
  • Providing a safe, clean, and well-managed environment
