Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Management Analyst located in Wellington. The Benefits Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating benefits, providing financial data analytics, and developing materials. The role also involves regular communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Data Analytics Skills and Finance knowledge
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, or related fields
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
