As a Customer Service Experience Team Member you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience, and ensuring you process customer's transactions on POS (tills).

Monday & Sunday 9.45am - 6.15pm (16 Hours)

This role is on a fixed term until end of March 2026.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a warm, professional manner
  • Accurately processing transactions on our POS system
  • Providing advice or solutions to support customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth store operations
  • Handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock
  • Assist customers at the service desk with returns, exchanges, and general queries
