Report to:  Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice customers for products and prepare shipping documents.
  • Collate supplier delivery dockets with invoices, reconcile to statements, and data entry to MYOB.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare supplier accounts for approval for payment
  • Ensure Compliance with tax requirements.
  • Maintain tidy financial records (electronic and paper) to achieve the above.
  • Maintain and report on overdue debtor accounts.
  • Comply with any other reasonable instructions from the Cost Accountant

Hours

This part-time contract is based at our Ferrymead office, 25 hours per week preferably worked between the hours of 9am to 2.30pm.
