Who You Are

A skilled mixologist with minimum 4 years' experience

Obsessed with flavour, technique and elegant, clean drink building

Loves people — you bring warmth, humour, and big energy

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Professional, reliable, cool under pressure

Ready to jump in from early December

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working alongside our phenomenal Head Bartender Finn, learning the Manu style we're so known for — refined, soulful, and delivered with world-class hospitality.

You'll help craft:

  • Bespoke cocktails
  • Seasonal menus
  • Elevated classics
  • Beautifully designed guest experiences
