We're looking for a motivated Graduate Surveyor who's eager to learn, contribute and build a strong professional foundation. The opportunity

At Patersons, no two days are the same. You'll work across an exciting mix of small-scale subdivisions from inception to completion, and contribute to large-scale developments such as Flagstaff Dunedin and Bush Road in Mosgiel.

You'll also get hands-on experience in high-precision construction set-out for major infrastructure such as the new hospital, cutting-edge drone and 3D scanning initiatives, and detailed topographical surveys including the Dunedin Airport.

It's a chance to expand your technical skills and see your work come to life, supported by experienced mentors who'll guide you through every stage of the land development process.

What you'll bring

• A tertiary qualification in land surveying.

• Experience on land development projects.

• Familiarity with 12d Model and CAD software.

• Understanding of NZ codes and standards.

• Ideally 3+ years' experience, though we're open to less for the right person.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
