We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at Cordis Auckland on a full time basis (40 hours/week). 

Key Responsibilities will include:

Running the In Room Dining section in a smooth and efficient mannerEnsuring Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs are supported and completing allocated tasks on time, training them to be able to run the different sections in your absenceMaintain a high level of functionality and efficiency, demonstrating food cost control practicesEnsure high standards of hygiene as per HACCP standards within the kitchen as well as your section

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a 5 star hotel environmentAn up-to-date food hygiene certificateProven ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environmentLevel 4 or equivalent cookery certificate
