About the Role

We're looking for a South Island based Parts Development Specialist to join our ZED team. This role is customer-facing and focused on supporting and growing wholesale parts performance across both our independent dealer network and Norwood's retail branches in the South Island.

You'll act as the critical link between ZED and the dealer aftersales teams - providing frontline support, delivering promotional initiatives, monitoring parts performance, and recommending improvements to processes and training. Working closely with the ZED Parts & Logistics Manager and key leaders across both wholesale and retail, you'll be helping to drive the effectiveness, visibility, and customer satisfaction of our parts offering.

About You

You'll bring proven experience in parts, aftersales, or technical sales - ideally within the agricultural or machinery sectors. You'll be confident building relationships with dealer and branch teams, and enjoy getting out into the field to support performance through coaching, process improvements, and product promotions.

You're proactive, self-managing, and commercially aware, with the ability to translate parts data and regional activity into practical actions. Most importantly, you'll bring a customer-first mindset and be passionate about helping others succeed.
